Meena is the CEO and Director of Operations at Maven Enterprises and Solution Consulting Ltd., a leading SAP Transportation Management Solution Implementation and Support provider. She holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and has over 13+ years of experience delivering high quality solutions and is responsible for driving customer success in the SAP Solution Delivery.
As the CEO, she is committed towards driving innovations in end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA/ TM solutions delivery and integrating all functional roles across the team to drive growth and enhance the brand value. She has in-depth techno-functional knowledge of SAP products and extensive experience working in a distributed project set up across geographies overseeing day-to-day operations, Project resources, budgeting and delivery timelines.

Prasad is a innovation driven expert with 23 Years of global consulting experience mapping complex customer business processes to various SAP functional areas.
As a functional-lead and Solutions Architect with expertise in end-to-end project implementations, he has a proven track record of assisting 27 Clients across different industries in increasing company revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction by delivering enterprise-centric, collaborative & extendable solutions with S/4 HANA, ECC & R/3.
Over the past two decades, Prasad has successfully planned, managed, and deployed sizable global SAP S/4, ECC, R/3 projects. He possesses Architectural experience in TM, EWM, SD, MM, WM, LO & APO across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
He has advanced knowledge of pre-project preparation/phase-0, package selection, legacy system retirements, conducting workshops for As-Is business process study, requirement gathering and analysis, impact analysis and functional gap identification and gap resolution.
He is highly skilled with business blueprinting for To-Be system design, RICEFWs identification and business process re-engineering, client communication and cross-functional coordination helping numerous Federal and Commercial projects throughout Project Realization, Final Preparation, Go-Live and Support phases.

He holds a Master’s degree in Information Management from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He has a demonstrated history of delivering numerous innovative and successful SAP stand-alone and embedded TM project implementations, rollouts, localization, troubleshooting and support across North America, EMEA, LATAM and APAC across different Industry verticals.
His expertise extends to requirements gathering, gap analysis, blueprinting, solution building and delivery including TM configuration/Interfacing/Enhancements/ Reporting and has led many projects through SAP full implementation life cycle.
Over the past decade, Sree has worked with clients ranging from Shipper, LSP to Small parcel transportation service providers helping numerous segments such as order integration, transportation planning and packaging solution, transportation execution, freight settlement, integration with SAP EWM, Descartes, SMC3, Fourkites, LBN and Project44.

He is proficient in requirement gathering and configuring SAP systems for TM functional area, encompassing master data maintenance, data migration, and DRF+ framework. He has excellent hands-on configuration knowledge spanning from order integration to freight settlement processes in both shipper and small parcel delivery solutions, and excels in interfacing TM with SAP and non-SAP systems,

He holds a master’s degree with focus in Technology Analytics from University of Missouri. With his strong and diverse background in technology, he is motivated to use his analytical powers to design and optimize end to end SAP transportation processes for our clients.
